Reduced Summer Rates for 2009

Our rate structure is simple, and we've significantly reduced our rental rates. There is no $55 damage waiver fee and no 6.5% vacation cancellation insurance. All you pay is the rate listed plus 14% tax and administrative fees. Choosing Blue Surf Townhomes, Units 7, 16A or 16B for your next family beach vacation makes a lot of "cents!"

Add 14% Florida sales tax and administrative fees to the rates above. Cleaning fee added to stays of less than 3 days. Discounts available for selected dates. Call or email to inquire.

A minimum deposit of 50% down is required within 10 days to hold your reservation. Final rental payment is due in full 30 days prior to arrival.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out is 10:00 AM.

A security deposit of $250 requires a major credit card. The charge will not be processed provided there is no theft or damage at check-out.
