Complimentary Beach Service From March 1 through October 31, enjoy our complimentary beach service—an umbrella and two chairs daily. Just take the beach card from your check-in packet to the beach and clip it to one of the umbrellas.

Our rate structure is simple—there is no damage waiver fee and no 6.5% vacation cancellation insurance. All you pay is the rate listed plus 15% tax and administrative fees. Choosing Blue Surf Townhomes, Units 6, 7, 16A or 16B for your next family beach vacation makes a lot of "cents!" A minimum deposit of $300 down is required within 10 days to hold your reservation. Final rental payment is due in full 30 days prior to arrival.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM.
Check-out is 10:00 AM.

A security deposit of $250 requires a major credit card. The charge will not be processed provided there is no theft or damage at check-out.
