Our rate structure is simple—there is no $55 damage waiver fee and no 6.5% vacation cancellation insurance. All you pay is the rate listed plus 14% tax and administrative fees. Choosing Blue Surf Townhomes, Units 7, 16A or 16B for your next family beach vacation makes a lot of "cents!"

Add 15% Florida sales tax and administrative fees to the rates above. Cleaning fee of $100 added to stays of 2 days or less. Discounts available for selected dates. Call or email to inquire.
