2005 Rates For 2008

We've simplified our rate structure and maintained our rental rates at 2005 levels. There is no $55 damage waiver fee and no 6.5% vacation cancellation insurance. All you pay is the rate listed plus 14% tax and administrative fees. Choosing Blue Surf Townhomes, Units 7, 16A or 16B for your family beach vacation is a no-brainer!

Rentals may be paid by personal check or placed on a MasterCard, Discover, VISA, or American Express credit card.

A minimum deposit of 50% down is required within 10 days to hold your reservation. Final rental payment is due in full 30 days prior to arrival.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-out is 10:00 AM.

A security deposit of $250 requires a major credit card. The charge will not be processed provided there is no theft or damage at check-out.
