Unit 1009 at Ciboney is a spacious 2-bedroom condo with bonus bunks room that sleeps 8 comfortably. A private, gated beach walkover gives you convenient beach access just steps from your back door. Our 500 foot beach was recently renourished in January 2007!

Set at a 45-degree angle to the Gulf, Ciboney offers a coastline view and extensive grounds featuring swimming pool, tennis courts and barbecue area.

The master bedroom, complete with a king-size bed, is fit for a king (and queen)!

Enjoy Ciboney's heated swimming pool and lighted tennis courts.

The second bedroom has twin beds.

Rental Terms:

We've cut 2007 rates by
10-20%. Call to reserve early!

A $50 damage waiver will be added to your rental amount. This protects you against accidental damage to the unit during your stay.

An optional 6.0% Travel Insurance fee will be added to your rental fee to guarantee a full refund should you have to cancel your rental for any reason. You can decline this coverage at time of reservation.

A minimum deposit of 25% down is required within 7 days to hold your reservation. Final rental payment is due in full 30 days prior to arrival.

Payments may be made in cash, personal check, traveler's check or major credit card.

NOTE: Ciboney rates do NOT include the Funtastic Value Package.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM; check-out is 10:00 AM.
