Rental Terms:

We've cut 2008 rates by
10-15%. Call to reserve early!

A minimum reservation deposit of 25% is required within 7 days to hold your reservation. Final rental payment is due in 14 days prior to arrival.

A minimum three (3) day rental is required. Cleaning fee is included in rates.

Optional travel insurance may be purchased from CSA Travel Protection (www.csatravelprotection.com). Purchase of this Insurance allows you to to cancel your rental reservation up until the arrival date.

A $250 damage deposit may be added to your rental amount. This protects you against accidental damage to the unit during your stay. If there is no damage or excessive cleaning, then the full deposit is returned.

Payments may be made in cash, personal check, traveler's check, major credit card or PayPal.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM; check-out is 10:00 AM.

Minimum age to rent: 25 yrs. old

No pets are allowed

No smoking is allowed
