RENTAL TERMS:

Call early to reserve your vacation dates!

A reservation deposit of 25% ($250 minimum) is required within 7 days to hold your reservation. Final rental payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.

A minimum three (3) day rental is required. A cleaning fee of $65 is added to stays of less than 7 days.

Optional travel insurance may be purchased from CSA Travel Protection www.csatravelprotection.com. Purchase of this Insurance allows you to to cancel your rental reservation up until the arrival date.

A $250 damage deposit may be added to your rental amount. This protects you against accidental damage to the unit during your stay. If there is no damage or excessive cleaning, then the full deposit is returned.

Payments may be made by personal check, traveler's check, major credit card or PayPal.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM; check-out is 10:00 AM.

Min age to rent: 25 yrs. old. No exceptions

No pets are allowed

No smoking is allowed
